Account & Login
01QI forgot my password. What do I do?
A
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A reset email will be sent to the address you registered with. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your account, contact your recruiter or onboarding administrator.
QCan I save my application and finish later?
A
Yes. Your progress is automatically saved each time you move between sections. You can log back in at any time to continue where you left off. Use your original login credentials — do not create a new registration.
QI got logged out before finishing. Did I lose my work?
A
No. All saved information is retained. You may need to re-enter your SSN after a session timeout, but nothing previously saved will be lost.
Documents & Uploads
02QWhat documents should I have ready before starting?
A
Gather the following before you begin:
- Driver’s License (front and back)
- Medical Card — issue and expiration date (if applicable)
- Social Security Number
- Employment history for the past 3–10 years (CDL holders require 10 years)
- Previous employer contact information
- Residency history for the past 3 years
- Accident history for the past 3 years
- Traffic conviction history for the past 3 years
QAre document uploads required?
A
Yes. Uploading a clear image of your Driver’s License (front and back) and Medical Card (if applicable) is required to complete your application. You may take photos using your mobile device or tablet — make sure the full document is visible and the text is legible.
QMy document upload is failing. What should I check?
A
Verify that the image is in focus and fully visible, the file size is not excessively large, and your internet connection is stable. Try re-taking the photo in better lighting if the issue continues.
Employment History
03QWhy do I need so much employment history?
A
Federal DOT regulations require commercial drivers to provide a complete, continuous employment record — 10 years for CDL holders, 3 years for regulated non-CDL positions.
QWhat if I was unemployed during part of that period?
A
Periods of unemployment must be entered as employment gaps to keep your history continuous. On the Employment History page, check the box labeled Check this box if you were Unemployed and enter the from and to dates for that period. All gaps must be accounted for — the application does not allow unexplained breaks.
QWhat if I am under 30 and do not have the required years of employment history?
A
Any time spent in school should be listed as Unemployed to cover the required history period. Use the employment gap checkbox and enter your school years as an unemployment period. This ensures your record is continuous without gaps.
QWhy can’t I enter IBEW or a Local Union as my previous employer?
A
A union is not a motor carrier and cannot qualify you as a driver. FMCSA regulations require that any motor carrier you worked for in the previous 3 years be contacted to verify your work history. Enter the name of the actual company or carrier you drove for, not the union.
QI can’t remember the exact start and end dates for a job.
A
Enter your best estimate using month and year only — exact days are not required. If you are unsure of dates, check your tax records (W-2s or 1099s) for the relevant years as a reference.
QWhat if I have never held a commercial driving job?
A
Enter your full work history for the required period regardless of industry. If you have no driving experience to report, select No on the Driving Experience page.
Note
All employment dates must be continuous. Gaps between jobs must be entered as unemployment periods. Overlapping dates are not allowed.
Forms & Electronic Signatures
04QHow do I electronically sign a form?
A
Read the terms on each form, then check the box labeled I have read and agree to the terms above. Checking the box serves as your electronic signature.
QWhat happens if I skip a required form?
A
Required forms must be completed before you can submit. Navigate to Finish to see a list of outstanding errors — each item links directly to the section that needs attention.
QI accidentally entered the wrong information. Can I fix it?
A
Yes. Use the navigation menu to return to any section and make corrections at any time before submitting. After submission, contact your recruiter or onboarding administrator.

After clicking Complete Application, you will receive a confirmation message and be redirected to your Application Complete Dashboard.
